Project Overview
This modern luxury restaurant design by Izza Interior Design Studio is a masterful interplay of geometry, natural light, and tactile richness. The double-height layout immediately establishes grandeur, while bold black-and-white patterned flooring introduces rhythm and visual energy into the space. Above, custom-designed LED ceiling grids extend this geometric language vertically, adding both illumination and sculptural impact.
The mezzanine dining area creates layered spatial depth, offering guests an elevated vantage point while maintaining openness through sleek glass railings. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing frames views of the surrounding landscape, blurring the boundary between indoor comfort and outdoor vitality. Sunlight filters across the interiors during the day, while in the evening the warm ambient glow of concealed lighting transforms the space into a sophisticated social hub.
Materiality plays a central role in the atmosphere—polished tiles, exposed concrete, and warm timber elements are balanced by plush leather seating and soft upholstery. Minimalist tables and sculptural arched wall accents, finished with mirrors, contribute to a dialogue between tradition and modernity. The result is a dining environment that feels at once bold, inviting, and refined—an expression of contemporary Canadian elegance.
Design Philosophy

This project is an embodiment of that vision. By weaving geometric precision with biophilic design principles, we sought to craft an atmosphere that feels simultaneously structured and organic. Natural light, warm textures, and panoramic views establish a grounding connection to nature, while contemporary forms and innovative lighting systems introduce a sense of artistry and modern sophistication.
Every design decision—from the scale of the double-height ceiling to the fine detailing of the furniture—was guided by a balance of function and experience. The result is a restaurant that transcends dining: a sanctuary of elegance and wellbeing, where guests are invited to gather, connect, and savor not only cuisine, but also the space itself.
