The Executive Boardroom was envisioned as a space that reflects authority, professionalism, and refined taste, while ensuring comfort for extended meetings. Izza Interior Design Studio crafted a timeless yet contemporary environment that blends soft luxury with high functionality, elevating corporate discussions into a premium experience.
Design Concept
The design draws inspiration from modern classic interiors—merging sophisticated panelled walls, warm neutral tones, and ambient lighting with sleek, ergonomic furniture. The space is arranged to foster communication, encourage focus, and leave a lasting impression on high-profile guests and executives.

1. Layout & Space Planning
Central Board Table: Custom-built rectangular conference table in rich walnut wood finish with integrated cable management for a clutter-free work surface.
Seating Arrangement: 12 high-back executive chairs in beige premium leather upholstery, ergonomically designed for comfort during long sessions.
Optimized Circulation: Generous spacing for movement around the table, adhering to ergonomic workplace design principles.
2. Wall Treatments
Wall Panelling: Elegant white moulded wall panels in a matte finish, adding depth and symmetry to the space.
Accent Lighting: Brass wall sconces with pleated fabric shades, strategically placed for both aesthetic appeal and soft illumination.
Artwork: Modern abstract framed painting to introduce subtle visual interest without distracting from the professional atmosphere.
3. Ceiling & Lighting Design
Tray Ceiling: Multi-layered recessed ceiling design with concealed warm LED strip lighting to create an ambient glow.
Spotlighting: Evenly distributed recessed downlights for balanced illumination across the entire space.
Lighting Temperature: 3000K warm white to promote comfort and concentration.
4. Flooring
